โดยท่านตกลงให้ความยินยอมในการ เก็บ รวบรวม
และใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว
หากท่านไม่ให้ความยินยอม ท่านจะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วม Live
Session งานพบปะกับคณะผู้บริหารยูนิลีเวอร์ประเทศไทย ได้
และบริษัทผู้จัดงานไม่อาจคัดเลือกผู้สมัครเข้าโครงการ UFLP
จากข้อมูลของท่านได้
- ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารนี้
และใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้นไม่เกิน 12 เดือน
คุณมีสิทธิ์ที่จะเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล ร้องขอการโอนข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม
คัดค้านการประมวลผล ลบหรือทำลาย ทำข้อมูลนิรนาม ระงับ

- The organizer (Unilever) collects and uses your personal data as
specified in form for the purpose of attending Live
Session: LIVE with our Unilever Thai Leaders, promoting UFLP
programme, selecting applicants to join UFLP programme or job
recruitment, including to contacting with you in relation to
the UFLP programme selection or job recruitment.
You agree to give us your consent which we could collect and
use your personal data according to the said purposes. In case
of not granting us your consent, you could not attend the Live
Session and we could not use your personal data for UFLP
programme selection.
- Retention period of collecting and processing your personal data as
specified in form for the above purposes shall be not exceeding 12
months, and it shall be demolished afterward.
You are entitled at any time, to access to and/or obtain a copy,
request the transfer to other parties, object to the processing, destruction
or anonymization,
restriction of use, update your Personal Data, withdraw your consent. If you
